Terms & Conditions for the 77dd Platform

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on the 77dd Platform, ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by otherwise using or accessing any service provided by 77dd, you confirm that:

1. You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
2. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
3. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal recreational purposes only.
4. You are not prohibited by any applicable law in your jurisdiction from participating in online casino gaming or sports betting.
5. You accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your 77dd Account.
6. All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

These Terms are effective from the date of account registration and remain in force for the entire duration of your relationship with the 77dd Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The 77dd Platform is strictly for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account or place any wager. 77dd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and all associated funds — including any deposits and winnings — will be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one Account on the 77dd Platform. The use of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide your real name, valid date of birth, accurate residential address in Bangladesh, and a working mobile number during registration. The provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 KYC Verification. 77dd may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time. Verification may include submission of a national identity card, passport, birth certificate, or utility bill. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

3.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Access to and use of the 77dd Platform is intended for players located in Bangladesh. 77dd makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal do so at their own risk.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77dd Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 77dd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in will be treated as having been carried out by you.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77dd support immediately at [email protected]. 77dd will investigate the matter but is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request permanent closure of your 77dd Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be paid out via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and satisfaction of any active wagering requirements attached to bonus credits.

4.4 Account Suspension by 77dd. 77dd reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or any other activity that 77dd considers contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 77dd reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts, not exceeding ৳200 per month, until the Account balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. 77dd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

Supported payment methods may change over time. The current list of available payment methods is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your 77dd Account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. The following limits apply to standard accounts. Higher limits may apply to verified accounts or VIP-tier players as notified individually:

5.3 Own Payment Methods Only. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review. 77dd may require documentary evidence that a payment method belongs to the Account holder.

5.4 Withdrawal to Source of Deposit. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 77dd reserves the right to require withdrawals to be made to a verified method irrespective of the deposit source, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

5.5 Transaction Fees. 77dd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Fees imposed by payment processors or financial institutions are beyond 77dd's control and are the responsibility of the Player. 77dd may apply a processing fee of up to 2% on card withdrawals; any applicable fee will be displayed before confirmation.

5.6 Pending Withdrawal Review. 77dd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request for up to 5 business days for the purpose of security review, fraud prevention, or KYC verification. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is placed under review.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by 77dd are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements range from 15x to 40x the bonus amount depending on the promotion type. The applicable requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10% per wager. Slots typically contribute 100%. Crash games (Aviator, Color Game) typically contribute 50%. Sports bets on qualifying markets contribute at rates specified in the promotion terms. The contribution rates applicable to a specific bonus will be stated in that bonus's terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without notice. Standard bonus validity is 7 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

6.5 One Bonus at a Time. Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

6.6 Abuse of Bonuses. 77dd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting patterns that exploit bonus terms, or coordinating bonus claiming activity with other players constitute abuse. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the 77dd Platform are subject to acceptance by 77dd. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your Account balance. 77dd reserves the right to refuse any bet without explanation, including bets that exceed risk limits or are placed on markets that have been suspended.

7.2 Minimum Bet Sizes. Minimum bet sizes vary by product: slots from ৳10 per spin; live casino tables from ৳50 per round; sports betting from ৳100 per selection; Aviator from ৳20 per round. Maximum bet limits apply and vary by game, market, and Account tier.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error resulting in an incorrect display of odds, payout rates, or game outcomes, 77dd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player balances. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error are not valid and must be returned to 77dd upon request.

7.4 Sports Betting — Market Settlement. Cricket and other sports betting markets on 77dd are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) at the time of settlement. Where an official result is not available within a reasonable timeframe, 77dd reserves the right to settle based on reliable third-party sports data providers. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time a bet is placed, not the pre-match state.

7.5 Casino Game Outcomes. All casino game outcomes on the 77dd Platform are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by our licensed game provider partners including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. 77dd does not control or influence individual game outcomes.

7.6 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void — with the stake returned to the Player's Account — in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond 36 hours; market suspension prior to event start; player/team withdrawal; force majeure events; or confirmed data feed errors affecting odds.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77dd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's games or payment systems.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to conduct or conceal illegal financial transactions.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate casino game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without their authorisation.
• Making chargebacks on legitimate deposits or disputing genuine transactions with your payment provider after wagering the deposited funds.
• Systematically exploiting bonus terms or engaging in coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to conceal your true identity or location.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing offensive, defamatory, or illegal content via any communication feature on the Platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77dd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other original content — is the intellectual property of 77dd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 77dd Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 77dd.

Game content, including slot titles, live dealer interfaces, and crash game mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Use of game content is governed by the applicable provider's terms in addition to these Platform Terms.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 77dd is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.2 77dd does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or certain features.

12.3 77dd's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the claim, will at all times be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player into their 77dd Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 77dd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 77dd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 77dd will provide reasonable notice to active Players via email to the registered address on their Account, or via an on-screen notification upon next login.

13.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page at https://77dd.io/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document indicate the currently applicable version.

13.3 Your continued use of the 77dd Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

14 Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 77dd operates as a platform targeted at the Bangladesh market and takes its obligations to Bangladeshi players seriously.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 77dd regarding any aspect of your Account, a transaction, a game outcome, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact the 77dd support team at [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to resolve your dispute within 5 business days of receiving your complaint.

14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other formal remedy. 77dd will designate a senior member of its operations team to review escalated disputes and provide a written determination within 14 business days.

14.4 All disputes, claims, and proceedings relating to these Terms shall be conducted in the English language.
